Police up reward as search intensifies for attacker in brutal Randall’s Island beating

The NYPD has upped the reward for data in connection to the brutal beating of a mother on Randall’s Island that left her clinging to life on the hospital, in an incident {that a} police chief referred to as “one of the worst” he is ever seen.

“She took a bike mostly to work because we don’t have enough money to get a car, and mostly because she did love biking,” Rodas mentioned.

A spokesperson for the Museum of the Metropolis of New York, the place Agudelo labored, mentioned in an announcement she is a “beloved and devoted member of the staff” and that they have been working with police to offer any potential help.

Rodas mentioned she is placing her belief in NYPD detectives to search out her mom’s attacker.

“I have a lot of faith in you guys. Thank you thank you. I just need to know who did this to my mom,” she mentioned. “I simply don’t need anybody else to undergo this…Any household. That is the worst factor on Earth. I want solutions and I want somebody to say one thing.”
