A Metropolis Council committee is about to vote this Thursday on Mayor Eric Adams’ controversial “City of Yes” bundle of zoning modifications to advertise extra housing development within the 5 boroughs.

The council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will focus on the mayor’s “City of Yes for Housing Opportunity” plan throughout a gathering scheduled for 11:15 a.m. Nov. 21.
