Man slashed, stabbed at forty second Avenue subway station

A person is recovering Saturday after being slashed and stabbed on the forty second Avenue subway station early within the morning.

The 28-year-old sufferer was attacked round 9:04 a.m. by an unknown assailant, the NYPD mentioned. The incident occurred on the subway station at East forty second Avenue and third Avenue close to the no. 7 line elevators, in response to police.

The sufferer suffered a laceration to the nostril and a stab would to the left hand, authorities mentioned. He was taken to a neighborhood hospital in steady situation.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. It is unclear what led as much as the assault.
