Greater than $300,000 in counterfeit cash was taken from a person at John F. Kennedy Worldwide Airport in Queens, in line with authorities.
A 26-year-old man arrived on the NYC transit hub on Nov. 18 from Ecuador, U.S. Customs and Border Safety stated Tuesday. CPB officers arrested the person after discovering him with $304,500 in pretend forex on him.
The CPB stated officers referred to as Secret Service afterward to help within the investigation. The cash discovered very carefully resembled U.S. payments, and would proceed to be investigated.
