Two defendants accused of bribing former Sen. Bob Menendez with money and gold bars have reported to federal jail. Businessman Wael Hana and developer Fred Daibes surrendered to FCI Fairton in south New Jersey Monday morning. Daibes and Hana had been convicted together with Menendez in July on 16 counts. A 3rd businessman, Jose Uribe, pleaded responsible and testified towards his co-conspirators within the wide-ranging bribe scheme.
