Who’s in ‘Moulin Rouge’? Broadway present broadcasts new actors

The Tony Award-winning Greatest Musical “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” introduced Tuesday that Ashley Loren and Christian Douglas will likely be Broadway’s subsequent Satine and Christian, respectively, starting July 22.

They be part of the corporate alongside Wayne Brady as Harold Zidler and Taye Diggs as The Duke of Monroth on the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West forty fifth St, NYC).

The present ensemble contains Solea Pfeiffer as Satine, Jordan Fisher as Christian, Austin Durant as Harold Zidler and Andy Karl as The Duke of Monroth. They’re set to play their closing efficiency on Sunday, July 20.

Ashley Loren is a member of the unique Broadway solid of “Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” having beforehand performed the position of Satine. She’s additionally appeared in “Jekyll & Hyde” (Broadway revival), “The Scarlet Pimpernel,” “Sweet Charity” and “American Idiot.”

Christian Douglas makes his Broadway debut following a year-and-a-half run main the “Moulin Rouge!
