US Rep. Nydia M. Velázquez (D-Brooklyn/Manhattan) rallied with advocates outdoors the ICE workplace and immigration court docket in Decrease Manhattan on Saturday pushing for passage of federal laws to forestall ICE brokers from carrying masks throughout arrests.
