Two state troopers struck on I-91 North in Connecticut, freeway closed

Two state troopers had been struck on Interstate 91 North in Enfield on Thursday morning and the freeway stays closed hours later as police proceed their investigation.

State police mentioned two state troopers had been struck close to exit 47W whereas they had been on the scene of a multi-car crash and a number of other folks, together with the 2 troopers, are injured and have been taken to the hospital.

The NBC Connecticut crew on the scene noticed one state police SUV that’s sideways and has vital injury to the again, one other state police cruiser that has injury to the again and one other automobile that has heavy injury to the passenger facet.
