Subway slasher assaults lady at Wall Avenue station

A 29-year-old lady was slashed a number of occasions on a subway within the Monetary District by a knife-wielding man who stole her telephone earlier than fleeing the scene, authorities say.

Police say the girl was on a northbound 3 prepare on the Wall Avenue station simply after 11 p.m. Wednesday when the stranger attacked her.

She suffered cuts to her arm, elbow, each arms, and again. She was taken to a hospital for remedy and is predicted to be OK.

Police launched surveillance photos of the suspect (above).
