Steve Bannon, a longtime ally of President Donald Trump, pleaded responsible Tuesday on a fraud cost in a case alleging he helped defraud donors who have been giving cash to construct a wall on the southern U.S. border.

In trade for the responsible plea, he agreed to a conditional discharge and waived his proper to enchantment.

Bannon was sentenced to 3 years conditional discharge. He is not going to be allowed to function an officer or director of a charity or any charitable group in New York State or any fundraising or not for revenue organizations in New York State. He is not going to be allowed to obtain or maintain property for any charitable organizations.

He was initially charged in an indictment with six counts of cash laundering, conspiracy, and a scheme to defraud.

It is a growing story. Please examine again for updates.
