Waterbury police have launched images from inside the home the place a person stated he was held captive for practically 20 years.

Kimberly Sullivan, a Waterbury lady who’s accused of locking her stepson in a room of their residence and ravenous him for many years, entered a not responsible plea on Friday to expenses that included kidnapping and felony assault.

Officers famous that the 32-year-old man was “extremely emaciated,” weighing solely 68 kilos.
