Norwalk police mentioned they’ve arrested a person in reference to the dying of his child daughter after figuring out that malnutrition and neglect contributed to her dying.
The investigation began on June 11 when a person known as 911 and mentioned a 4-month-old child was choking on system and he had accomplished CPR for a number of minutes.
The infant was taken to Norwalk Hospital, the place she died, police mentioned.

He was charged with manslaughter within the first diploma, threat of harm to a toddler and cruelty to individuals.

His bond was set at $125,000 and he’s due in court docket on Feb. 27.
