PATH prepare service on two main strains is suspended early Wednesday as authorities examine a reported smoke situation.
Service between Hoboken and thirty third Road and Journal Sq. and thirty third Road was shut down as of 6 a.m. whereas the fireplace division checked out the smoke situation at Christopher Road.
The issue began about an hour earlier, however for a time was solely affecting Hoboken to thirty third Road service.
Particulars on the character of the smoke situation weren’t instantly clear.
NJ Transit is cross-honoring PATH tickets at Hoboken, Newark, Secaucus and New York Penn Station.
Service between Newark and Hoboken and the World Commerce Middle is working on schedule.
