The Panel for Academic Coverage handed on Wednesday night a uniform, citywide coverage that can apply to all public colleges within the metropolis forward of the implementation this fall of a statewide faculty mobile phone ban, Mayor Eric Adams and New York Metropolis Public Faculties Chancellor Melissa Aviles-Ramos introduced Wednesday.
