State Sen. Brad Hoylman-Sigal is making one other run for Manhattan borough president in subsequent yr’s Democratic main, the legislator introduced on Monday.

In an announcement, Hoylman-Sigal pitched himself as somebody who will construct on his predecessor’s file whereas forging a brand new path ahead for Manhattan.
