A girl has been hospitalized after, officers stated, she was impaled by a seaside umbrella as she tried to seize it when the wind blew it away in Asbury Park, New Jersey on Wednesday morning.
In response to Asbury Park Fireplace Chief Kevin Keddy, the incident occurred at about 9:30 a.m. alongside third Avenue, when a lady, believed to be in her 20s, was chasing an umbrella after it was caught by the wind.
He stated that, it appeared that the girl was impaled by the umbrella as she tried to seize it.
The seaside umbrella, Keddy stated, went by her higher left shoulder and exited by her again.
Nevertheless, Keddy stated, the girl was aware and alert all through the ordeal and she or he has been taken to a close-by hospital the place she was listed in steady situation.
