Joey Chestnut is again for his crown.

The aggressive consuming star introduced he’s returning to the Nathan’s Scorching Canine Consuming Contest this Fourth of July after lacking out on final 12 months’s occasion.

“I’m thrilled to be returning to the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest,” Chestnut shared on social media. “This event means the world to me. It’s a cherished tradition, a celebration of American culture, and a huge part of my life.”

The 16-time Nathan’s Scorching Canine Consuming Contest champion was banned from the 2024 competitors as a consequence of a partnership with Unattainable Meals, a plant-based rival of Nathan’s.
