A regulation enforcement officer fell to his demise from a ninth-floor window in Jersey Metropolis Friday morning, in accordance with officers, sparking an investigation.

The gorgeous scene unfolded on the Hudson County Administration Constructing on Newark Avenue simply earlier than 9:30 a.m., as 29-year-old Justin Rivera someway fell out of the window, leaving a big gap within the glass.

“I heard glass smash and I saw this man come straight down,” stated witness Steve Roosen. “I immediately ran over, I was maybe 10-15 feet away, ran over. Then cops came out and started doing CPR.”
