Canine with matted fur and flea infestations had been rescued from the house on Richland Boulevard in Bay Shore. Officers had to make use of respiration masks due to the scent of ammonia from the urine inside was so overpowering.

The SPCA stated the canine shall be held for ten days for remark and can possible be put up for adoption.
