Driver accused in crash that injured Sacred Coronary heart college students in Conn. reaches plea deal: lawyer

A person who was accused of inflicting a crash that significantly injured himself, 4 different teenagers and an Uber driver close to Sacred Coronary heart College in Fairfield in 2023 has reached a plea deal that may ship him to jail for four-and-a-half years, in line with his lawyer.

The crash occurred early on the morning of Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.

Tyler Delk, who’s now 21 years outdated, was a 19-year-old Sacred Coronary heart scholar on the time of the crash, in line with the arrest warrant that was issued for him.
