A lady accused of fatally poisoning her boss had her manslaughter conviction overturned Friday. A New York appeals court docket stated improperly obtained proof from her mobile phone was used in opposition to her.
Kaitlyn Conley has been serving a 23-year sentence within the 2015 demise of chiropractor Dr. Mary Yoder, a case that spurred a documentary sequence.
