A New Jersey couple has been arrested for allegedly confining and abusing a baby for years, at one level housing her in a canine crate for an prolonged time period, based on prosecutors.

The connection between the woman, now 18, and Brenda Spencer, 38, and Brandon Mosley, 41, wasn’t instantly clear. Prosecutors allege the woman endured sexual abuse within the years they are saying she was held captive.
