New York’s governor ordered a state college to take away a job posting for a Palestinian research instructing place this week, saying she needed to make sure “antisemitic theories” wouldn’t be taught. The job posting at Hunter School had known as for a historian “who takes a critical lens to issues pertaining to Palestine including but not limited to settler-colonialism, genocide, human rights, apartheid, migration, climate and infrastructure devastation, health, race, gender, and sexuality,” in response to screenshots revealed by the New York Publish, which first reported the job announcement.
