A New Jersey couple has been arrested for allegedly confining and abusing a baby for years, at one level housing her in a canine crate for an prolonged time period, based on prosecutors. The connection between the woman, now 18, and Brenda Spencer, 38, and Brandon Mosley, 41, wasn’t instantly clear.
