Connecticut is getting saucy. The Nutmeg State is bringing its self-proclaimed pizza supremacy to the streets of New York Metropolis, with new billboards popping up in subways and throughout town — together with one above a Hell’s Kitchen pizza store. The billboards are only a slice of the continued, albeit seemingly one-sided, rivalry.
