DEEP Environmental Conservation Police have launched the names of the lady and the person who had been discovered lifeless in New Haven Harbor on Thursday after a ship crash. They recognized them as Cynthia Ferk, 64, and Floyd Maxson, 67. They had been each from Stratford. DEEP believes that the boat they had been on hit a break wall.
