Three new child puppies have been discovered useless and frozen in luggage in Bridgeport on Wednesday afternoon and an investigation is underway into how the puppies died and who left them.
Bridgeport Animal Management discovered the puppies in two luggage at Newfield Avenue and Orange Avenue round 12:30 p.m. Wednesday after somebody reported that puppies have been in a plastic bag.
