President-elect Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Courtroom to name off Friday’s sentencing in his hush cash case in New York.

Trump’s attorneys turned to the nation’s highest court docket Wednesday after New York courts refused to postpone the sentencing by Decide Juan M. Merchan, who presided over Trump’s trial and conviction final Could on 34 felony counts of falsifying enterprise information.

The Supreme Courtroom requested for a response from prosecutors in New York by Thursday.
