The 5 Republican Celebration county leaders in New York Metropolis have reaffirmed their “unequivocal support” for his or her celebration’s mayoral nominee, Curtis Sliwa, forward of the Nov. 4 common election.

Catsimatidis’ father — John Catsimatidis, the billionaire businessman who owns WABC Radio and the station’s mother or father firm, Pink Apple Media — had referred to as on Sliwa to drop out of the race on Monday to unify assist behind Cuomo. 

Sliwa, who presently sits third within the polls behind Cuomo, has confronted a continuing stream of calls to withdraw from the election in an effort to consolidate average and conservative assist round Cuomo, who was roundly defeated by Mamdani within the Democratic major in June.
