Man needed after Citi Bike dock will get torched in Manhattan: Sources

Authorities are on the lookout for somebody who witnesses say they noticed begin a fireplace at a Manhattan block that unfold to a close-by Citi Bike dock early Thursday, police sources say.

It wasn’t instantly clear what number of bikes have been broken within the 4:15 a.m. incident at West forty fourth Road and eleventh Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen. FDNY items on scene extinguished the flames.

No accidents have been reported, and no arrests have been made.

Police sources say cops are on the lookout for a person final seen sporting a white and black jacket, a blue baseball cap and a black backpack. Anybody with data is requested to name Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
