A person in his 30s was shot and killed by police in Nassau County when officers say he pointed a BB gun at officers throughout a home violence name.

The capturing occurred after midnight in at a house in Carle Place. Police mentioned an officer opened hearth, in the end killing a person they mentioned refusing orders to drop a weapon that seemed like a shotgun.

Round 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, cops responded to a girl’s 911 name on Rushmore Avenue about her son, James Rosano, being intoxicated and refusing to depart the house.
