A person is needed by the NYPD for allegedly dragging a canine down a avenue in Queens earlier than lighting the animal on fireplace.
Police stated the person was noticed Thursday round 4:45 a.m. in South Ozone Park dragging the “motionless” canine close to 128th Road and 116 Avenue.
The person was allegedly then seen pouring an accelerant onto the canine and setting the animal on fireplace. He then fled on foot, based on police.
The NYPD launched surveillance photographs of the person on Saturday.
He was final seen carrying a maroon sweatshirt with a Polo brand throughout the chest. He additionally had on grey pants and a light-weight brown MCM backpack.
