New Yorkers and elected officers denounced President Trump’s journey ban impacting 12 African and Asian international locations, which took impact Monday.

Critics of the president’s order gathered in Foley Sq. on June 9 decried the transfer as one more instance of presidency overreach on Trump’s half that undermines conventional American values.

The journey ban prevents folks from Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen from getting into the US.
