The 30-year-old mom of a 10-month-old boy who was killed on Saturday after being struck by a automobile within the driveway of an Ocean County, New Jersey residence, has been charged with driving and not using a license through the incident that left her youngster lifeless.

On Monday, legislation enforcement officers in Ocean County introduced that Wendy Castillo-Torres, 30, of Lakehurst, has been charged with driving and not using a license in an incident that prompted loss of life after she was, allegedly, behind the wheel of a automobile that struck and killed her 10-month-old son on Saturday.

The costs, officers stated, comply with an incident that occurred at about 6:15 p.m. on Saturday when officers responded to a report of an unresponsive youngster at a house alongside Grawtown Highway in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
