In video of the Friday altercation shared with The Related Press, a federal official in a jacket with the brand of the Homeland Safety Investigations might be heard telling Baraka he couldn’t enter the power as a result of “you are not a Congress member.”

“I’m not on their property. They can’t come out on the street and arrest me,” Baraka replied.
