A correctional officer pleaded responsible to manslaughter Monday in reference to the killing of inmate Robert Brooks, whose brutal beating whereas handcuffed at an upstate New York jail was recorded by officers’ physique cameras.

Christopher Walrath, 36, was considered one of six guards charged with second-degree homicide within the Dec. 9 beating on the Marcy Correctional Facility.
