A brother and sister from Previous Greenwich are accused of submitting false claims with state treasuries across the nation for greater than $1.2 million in unclaimed funds and so they face federal expenses.

The US Lawyer’s Workplace for the Center District of Pennsylvania mentioned 75-year-old Henry J. White Jr. and his sister, 69-year-old Patricia A. White, have been each charged with conspiracy for agreeing to submit false and fraudulent claims for unclaimed property to state treasuries.

The Whites are accused of working collectively to submit false and fraudulent claims. Henry  White Jr. is suspected of utilizing the names of company entities he was not affiliated with and the funds, which have been typically despatched by mail, went to the house the siblings share, based on Appearing United States Lawyer John C.
