A 17-year-old has died after a capturing in Hartford on Sunday afternoon and two teenagers are dealing with expenses in connection to the capturing.

Officers responded to Wethersfield Avenue at Barker Avenue round 11:15 a.m. for a report of pictures fired.

When emergency crews arrived, they mentioned they discovered somebody who had been shot and was unresponsive.
