A wild melee erupted inside a Lengthy Island courtroom when a homicide suspect confronted a choose for the primary time.

The suspect, 18-year-old Jeremias Ferrufino Rodriguez, was arrested on second-degree homicide costs. Nassau County Police mentioned he shot and killed one other teen Saturday at an intersection in Hempstead, the place he lives.
