In trade for the responsible plea, he agreed to a conditional discharge and waived his proper to enchantment.

Bannon was sentenced to 3 years conditional discharge. He is not going to be allowed to function an officer or director of a charity or any charitable group in New York State or any fundraising or not for revenue organizations in New York State.
