42 animals, residing and lifeless, faraway from Connecticut dwelling

Dozens of animals, together with a number of that had been lifeless, have been faraway from a house in Sterling, based on officers.

Officers from the animal management program of the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments stated they seized 42 animals, together with eight lifeless animals, from a house on Margaret Henry Highway.

The animals that had been eliminated included a pony, 14 canines, a goat, a potbellied pig, a bearded dragon, feral cats, kittens, a rooster, a rooster, guinea pigs and pet rats, based on NECCOG.

They stated this was a part of an open investigation and nobody has been charged.

State police stated troopers responded to the house round 10:14 a.m. on March 5 to help Northeast Connecticut Chamber of Governments animal management with service of a search warrant and so they have an lively investigation along side NECCOG.

On Thursday afternoon, an individual on the dwelling stated they did not have a remark.
