Authorities are investigating a fireworks accident that injured two boys in Brooklyn Monday night time, officers say.
The boys, an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old, had been outdoors simply after 7 p.m. on Ninth Avenue and 57th Avenue in Sundown Park when the accident occurred.
Police stated they have been enjoying with fireworks. The 11-year-old suffered very extreme trauma to the best hand. It wasn’t clear if he would lose the appendage. The 13-year-old had lacerations and burns to the face and proper eye.
Each boys have been taken to a hospital and are anticipated to outlive.
No arrests had but been made, and it was not clear if any can be in connection to the boys’ accidents.
